Description of the Holiday Home – Luxury Holiday Home in Sømarken, Bornholm

Welcome to our luxury holiday home in Vestre Sømarken on Bornholm’s beautiful south coast – only approx. 400 metres from a child-friendly sandy beach.

The house is built on one level on a 1,200 m² natural plot with direct access to forest and dunes. There are no stairs, making the house suitable for everyone – including families with young children and guests with reduced mobility.

Living room and kitchen

Step into the large, bright living room with a wood-burning stove and a cosy atmosphere. From here, there is access to the large, partly covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and a grill – perfect for breakfast in the sun or dinner under the open sky.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood and coffee machine.

Bedrooms – room for up to 8 guests

The house has four bedrooms, which together can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: two single beds
Bedroom 3: double bed
Bedroom 4: double bed
For the youngest guests, a cot and high chair are available free of charge.

Wellness and bathrooms

The house offers a large wellness area with a private spa/Jacuzzi and a spacious family sauna – ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or in nature.

In addition, there is a shower and toilet in the wellness area, as well as a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are, of course, also available.

Comfort and facilities

The house is electrically heated, with underfloor heating throughout, and has air conditioning so the temperature is always comfortable – whatever the season.

Free WiFi with 100/100 Mbit is available, and parking on the property is of course also free. Families with children will appreciate the play equipment in the garden, and active guests can enjoy table tennis with bats and balls.
